Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Pack the items securely in their original packaging and wait for our courier partner to perform a brief on-site quality check during pickup.

  Reverse Logistics

  Once the pickup is completed, your package will be tracked back to our fulfillment center for final verification by our artisans.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After approval, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7 to 10 business days.
